Cooking has always been about connection: between flavours, people and the moments they share. At Gourmand Pierre, I bring fine dining to life wherever you celebrate: a family dinner at home, a summer wedding in the countryside or a business gathering that deserves something special. Today, as a private chef, I draw on techniques developed at Michelin-starred and AA Rosette restaurants in the UK and Europe, as well as luxury wedding venues, stadiums and leading golf clubs.

Every menu is personal. I work closely with each client to design dishes that reflect their story—whether that’s a rustic French-inspired feast, a vibrant modern European tasting menu or an elegant canapé reception. Seasonal ingredients are at the heart of everything I create, sourced from local farmers and producers across Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Rutland, Leicestershire and beyond.
